What is involved in the online consultation?
Our company uses the newest in technology to give patients easier access to our online physicians without the hassle and cost involved with a standard visit to the doctor's office. You simply complete our online medical history questionnaire, which is then submitted to our online physician in a secure and private manner. Our online consultations should in no way be a replacement for regular doctor visits. They are in place for your protection and to provide you with an alternative method of receiving your medication when a physical exam is not required.

What happens after I submit my order?
One you place your order with us, it goes for review to one of our online physicians. He will make a determination based on the information you supplied whether to approve or decline your order. Once approved, the physician will proceed to write your prescription and you order will be filled.

What are your privacy policy terms?
Our company takes your privacy very seriously, and we are dedicated to providing you will the latest in protection for your personal and financial information. Our systems are routinely checked to protect your information. Please consult our terms and conditions section for more information.

What types of medications are available through your site?
In our product section, you will find a complete list of all the medications we carry. Due to strict laws, certain medications classified as controlled substances will require a physical exam before a prescription can be obtained.

What qualifications do your physicians have?
All of our physicians are required to be licensed pharmacists in the U.S. and be board certified physicians.

Can my order be shipped to my P.O. Box?
No, at this time we can only ship to physical addresses.

Do I have to be home when my prescription arrives?
Yes, all shipment must be signed by an adult.

Can you ship to the state I live?
Certain regulations restrict some shipments to certain states. Please consult the order page for a complete list of these states.

What methods of shipping do your use?
At this time we only use FedEx, and all orders are shipped next day.

If I want to cancel my order, how do I go about it?
You order can only be cancelled before the physician approves it and if the order has not been shipped. Once the order is shipped or approved, you are unable to cancel it. You can find more information on the cancellation policy in our terms and conditions.

Can I return my order?
Due to FDA regulations, there are no refunds or exchanges on any medications.

Can you ship my order internationally?
No. We can only ship order in the U.S.
